I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents in a compassionate manner to help them find hope in their lives and healing in their relationships. It can feel awkward and uncomfortable to reach out to someone you don’t know and so, I work to create a warm and kind environment where everyone feels welcome to be their authentic self in the presence of another.
Are you living with depression or anxiety and hoping to find ways to manage this?
Have you experienced trauma in your life and wish to understand how this affects your life and relationships, as well as find healing from those experiences?
Are you experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one, a job, a home, or significant relationship?
Are you longing for greater social connection or perhaps wanting to learn how to set healthy boundaries?
Are you experiencing the all too common burn-out and looking to bring more balance and wellness into your life?
Are you a couple struggling with betrayal, infidelity, or perhaps communication challenges that get in the way of your bond and intimacy?
You are not alone.
What is Therapy?
Counseling is a client-centered practice with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to listening and being keenly attuned to what is spoken and not spoken. It requires patience, attentiveness and curiosity about the whole person and their narrative. It is a safe therapeutic space in which to explore, discover and express what it is you are needing for yourself and from your partner.
My work is centered on building relationships using a collaborative approach that is unique to every individual and couple.I view each client holistically, in that we carry our stories and our experiences in both mind and body. I consider each couple to be a unique entity themselves, in that each person brings their history to the mix; an assortment of ingredients that only you two can co-create. Therapy is the place in which I hope you can feel safe to enter in to and venture safely, with a sense of curiosity about yourself.
I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you where you are at in life.
