My focus is on healing, building resilience, developing greater tolerance for life's frustrations and anxieties, and experiencing life more abundantly.
For couples, this process too is collaborative and is a work toward resolving the negative conflict patterns that get in the way of connection, trust, and intimacy. We are wired for connection and can benefit from support, in terms of learning how better to speak to our partner about what we are feeling and needing. It is not only what happens between you, but what is also happening within you that needs to be communicated in a way that elicits compassion and understanding. As I often say to the couples I work with, "it's about the unmet needs."
