There are times in life when it can seem as though there is little hope and you feel you don’t have the appropriate resources and tools to manage a difficult circumstance.  There may be unhealthy patterns that get in the way of resolving conflict and it’s keeping you from growing in your primary relationships.   Some of us often repeat these learned patterns that are no longer (or maybe never were) helpful until there is enough frustration and resentment at not getting your relational needs met and you feel stuck and powerless to effect change.
