My focus is in helping others to heal and resolve life issues integrating God’s truths with my experience and training in neurobiology and relationships. There are many life-giving promises and principles in the Word that are compatible with mindfulness practices, developing healthy coping mechanisms, resolving conflict, and strengthening self-confidence.
