
Reading is a great activity for staying indoors, but unfortunately, it’s all too easy for any “reading time” we have to be spent on the news. My tip for you today is to incorporate one hour of positive reading into your daily schedule during this time. What constitutes positive reading?
📕 Stories with uplifting themes and content
📕 Try positive book genres – Think fantasy, historical fiction, or classics!
📕 Try going on a “news diet” by leaving the news out of your dedicated hour of reading time, only catching up before or after so that you can have concentrated time where reading restores instead of depletes you. It’s important to stay updated on what’s going on, but don’t let it saturate your day.
